Refund policy

Eligibility

 

·      Customers must start the return process within thirty (30) days or receiving your order.

 

·      Jotto Desk will inspect all returned items. Products must be received in the following condition to be eligible for a refund:

 

o   The product must be new or in unused condition,

o   The product must be unaltered, and

o The product must be returned with all original packaging and documentation, including receipt of purchase.

 

Refund or replacement of a returned product is contingent upon verification that the product meets return eligibility.

 

The following products are not eligible for return: custom-built or engineered-to-order components; parts manufactured to customer drawings or specifications; any product that has been installed, modified, or damaged; and electronics

 

Return Process

 

·      To return a product please contact Jotto Desk by visiting the website at www.JottoDesk.com or by calling (877) 455-6886. You must have your order information, receipt of purchase, and reason for return.

·      Jotto Desk will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number).

·      Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs unless and only if the return is due to a shipping error, verified defect, or product recall.

·      Jotto Desk is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
